Book orders are print-on-demand. Orders are non-cancellable and final sale.

Art orders are final sale. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order time by emailing Gina. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within a week of receiving it.

Art measurements are all approximate, especially for pieces with ripped edges. Please wait until you receive your piece to order any matting or framing.

Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of the piece(s). Shipping materials and costs aren’t cheap, so I’m offering pickup in Beverly Hills for FREE - please take advantage of this if you can :)

Some pieces are unsigned which should be noted in the product listing. Unsigned pieces are not eligible for discounts or refunds - they’re still 100% authentically Flori’s. One of her final requests was for me to sign them for her, but I decided I didn’t want to ruin her beautiful art with a sloppily forged signature. Sorry, not sorry.

Colors may look different in person. I tried to take pics of all of her art with natural light, but the nature of lighting/cameras/computer screens means there might be some variation.
